Setup is one of the largest parts of our jobs- digitizing files, preparing screens, and pre-press time. Therefore some of our services have minimum order requiremnents. Please note our 'Shop Minimum Order' is $50. You can find our minimum order quantities and standard turnaround times below:
Adult and Youth items require different print sizes and are priced as separate orders, and require a minimum of 12 per print size.
Multiple garments types and/or colors or ink color changes require a minimum of 12 pcs per variation.
Screen Print turnaround is 10-15 business days from all approvals, including artwork proofs. Artwork services may add 2+ business days.
Embroidey turnaround is 5 business days for file digitzing / sewout, plus 15-20 business days for production. Please plan ahead as our embroidery schedule often fills up quickly.
Note that 'flats' and 'rounds' require different digitizing files and are treated as sperate orders. Example hats and a left chest that share same artwork (hats are round, shirts are flat)
Sometimes you'll need to order 2 items to reach the minimum- make an extra shirt for a friend! Turnaround is based on our workload, but most of the time you can get it as quick as next day.
We offer many of these items with Rush services in under 5 business days. Standard items usually fall in our 10-15 day turnaround, with some exceptions. We will always provide a completion date at the time of placing order and pride ourselves on on-time delivery.
If you follow those two steps you will be on your way to print success. Vector is always the preferred file type... What's a vector? Just send us the largest sized file you can find and we'll start there. Not sure if you art files will work or need them cleaned up? Don't worry our creative team will help and make sure your project turns out great.
